Refund Policy
RETURN AND EXCHANGE TERMS
Our website prioritizes the protection of consumer rights. In this regard, any product or service-related issues you encounter during your shopping experience on our site are carefully evaluated and resolved as soon as possible. Please note that “contracts regarding goods such as toys, books, digital content, and computer consumables provided in physical form where the packaging, seal, or protective elements have been opened after delivery” are excluded from the right of withdrawal. However, for products not covered under this clause:
What is the Return Period (Right of Withdrawal)?
For distance contracts regarding service provision, this period starts from the date the contract is signed. If the service is agreed to be performed within twenty-four hours, the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal until the start of the performance. The costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal are borne by the seller (this includes refund deductions, shipping costs, bank transfer fees, etc.).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller within fourteen days via fax, telephone, or email, and the goods/services must be returned within the scope of Article 4 of the Distance Sales Agreement and the preliminary information published on www.glowmoon.co. The product’s packaging and content must be undamaged, and it must be in a condition that can be resold by the Seller. The procedures for returns under the right of withdrawal are detailed in the Distance Sales Agreement. When exercising this right, the original invoice of the goods/services delivered to the Buyer or a third party must be returned. Within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal, the product/service price and delivery costs will be refunded to the Buyer, and the Buyer is obligated to return the goods/services within 10 days. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and any other legal obligations cannot be refunded.
If the value of the goods decreases or the return becomes impossible due to the Buyer’s fault, the Buyer is obliged to compensate the Seller for the damages proportionally. Payments can be made via credit card, EFT, or bank transfer.
Products Not Eligible for Withdrawal

Products or services whose prices depend on fluctuations in financial markets beyond the seller’s control.

Products prepared according to the consumer’s requests or personal needs.

Products that are perishable or may expire quickly.

Goods whose protective elements (packaging, seal, tape, etc.) have been opened after delivery and are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

Goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature.

Books, digital content, and computer consumables provided in physical form where the packaging has been opened after delivery.

Periodicals such as newspapers and magazines (except for subscription agreements).

Accommodation, goods transportation, car rental, catering, and leisure service contracts to be carried out on a specific date or period.

Digital services performed instantly or intangible goods delivered instantly.

Services that have started with the consumer’s consent before the right of withdrawal expires.
How Can I Return a Product?
Before sending the product, you must inform us of your return request by filling out the product return form on this page (please consult us via WhatsApp). After receiving the return approval from our technical department, please fill out the return form included in the package and send the product to us using a reliable shipping company. You will be notified of the approval by phone or email. The shipping cost for returns is the responsibility of the sender. Cash-on-delivery returns will not be accepted. Once the products reach us in accordance with the return conditions, the refund will be processed on the same day the product arrives.
Which Products Are Eligible for Return?
The product’s originality, hygiene, and resellable condition must be preserved. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for products with damaged packaging, opened packaging, used, or damaged items. For any issues that may arise with the device within 30 days of delivery, you have the option to replace the product with a new one. For more information about exchanges, you can contact our customer service. We do not accept returns for promotional products. Used products are also excluded from returns due to hygiene and health reasons. When returning a product, we kindly ask you to inform us of the reason for the return.
