You can shop on our website either as a member or without registering.

Purchases can be made on www.glowmoon.co using credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) or bank transfer. The date of the order is considered the date when our system charges the credit card or when the bank transfer reaches our accounts. The delivery process is scheduled based on this date. Orders for which payment is not received within 2 business days will be canceled.

Please make sure that your billing, delivery, and contact information is accurate during the ordering process, especially your email address and phone number.

When you place an order on our website, a confirmation email with the details you approved will be sent to your email address. Once these details are verified by our system, your product or service requests will be processed and delivered to you.

Situations that did not exist or could not be foreseen at the time the agreement was signed, which develop beyond the control of the parties, and which make it impossible for one or both parties to partially or fully fulfill their contractual obligations or to fulfill them on time, will be considered force majeure (natural disasters, war, terrorism, uprisings, legal regulations, confiscation or strike, lockout, significant malfunctions at production and communication facilities, etc.). The party affected by the force majeure must immediately notify the other party in writing. During the continuation of the force majeure event, the parties will have no liability for failure to fulfill their obligations. If the force majeure continues for 10 (ten) days, either party will have the right to terminate the agreement unilaterally.
